Volunteer

For the Kyle Franks Golf Classic we are seeking volunteers to assist in fundraising and also to participate as a volunteer the day of the event.

 

General – Pre Golf Classic Volunteerism includes: contacting Potential Donors, contacting followup with committed donors and vendors, data input (Filemaker Pro), phone contacts, mail preparation, follow-up phone, email.

 

Silent Auction – organizational management of: donors, vendors, event day management of auction

 

Signage – organizational management of: orders , tracking, vendors

 

Event Program – organizational management of: event program developer and printer

 

Event Day Volunteerism includes: registration assistance, silent auction, mulligan ball sale & collection, double down sale & collection, photography & video, contest hole monitor

 

In addition to the Kyle Franks Golf Classic, we are also seeking volunteers to assist in fund raising for our other causes. If you have experience in these areas, and/or are willing to learn, we would be very appreciative of your support. Please contact us!
